The Manager was very amenable and replaced the chicken in my salad with fish. I truly enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

Quick trip. Our order was taken in a friendly and timely manner. Our food was as fresh as it can be.

We went the other night around 11pm. We ordered a simple chicken sandwich and baked potato. We waited in the drive thru about 20 minutes before pulling up to the window, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us. When we pulled up, they said that neither order was ready and we’d need to wait, an additional 20 minutes later, we got our food. Even though they had to “make it fresh”, the potato was cold. I would have just left, but we had already paid and the dining room was not open. The staff was rude and joking around behind the register rather than rushing the order. Total of 40 mins for 2 items. Will not be back.

Store was a HOT Mess---Majority of the Restaurant Floors were Incredibly STICKY, along with the Horrible Service... EntireStaff [Including the Manager] just Standing Around, doing ABSOLUTELY Nothing, with All that Needed to be Done...The Wait was Unnecessarily Long, and My $9.00 MEAL BARELY Included BACON, which was my Ultimate Reason for going With the Better-Quality [BACON] Burger (More Expensive Meal).Just a POOR Overall Representation of an I-Drive Restaurant...

Awesome food, the soda was a little off but still good

I like the food at Wendy's, and this location is just as good in that respect as I have come to expect. First time I have ever used the kiosk to place an order. That was really easy to do. I noticed when I was nearly finished that they had not put my cookie on the tray. The young lady at the register fixed that straight away. In that respect they are better than many other locations. Other places seem to go out of their way to make it difficult to get the attention of the staff. I hope my experience in this case is the norm for this location. It really makes a difference.

Worst "fast" food place. Took 10 minutes before our order was taken or before even being acknowledged, 10 more minutes of waiting for our food, and there was only 1 other person before us. Had to remind the employee what our order was and our food was cold. Employees were on their phones ignoring us, and moving very slow. Several customers returned their food while we were waiting because it was cold or sitting in a pool of grease. The trash was over flowing and spilling onto the floor, trash and food were covering the floors and tables. The cups were out of stock, and there was no ice in the drink machines. Only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is becuase Google won't let me give negative stars. Management needs to get it together, or just shut this place down absolutely awful and disgusting. Definitely won't go back to this place.

I was at least 5 years old when I didn't visit Wendy's, the truth was wrong, not how I remembered it. The meat of my baconator was extremely well done, not juicy. Barely bacon and cheese. The fries looked like jelly.

This Wendys was so filthy that I had to eat in my car. If I wasnt so hungry I would have left. I prayed over my food though. Yuk! I told the cashier "Robinson" and he didnt say anything. When it got slow, he commenced to wiping platers instead of cleaning up that nasty place.!@#?

Food was good, slightly better than some other competitors.

One star less for the way they mentioned having none of any kind of coffee or frostychinos which is what I went for but the burger was okay like what I would expect from a Wendy's.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN ANY FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT!!! After waiting inside in the line well over 10mn I was up next standing at the counter I was just told by the "manager" (20 something kid) that he didn't want to take my order b/c he had over 15mn of drive through orders that were backed up. I asked why cant you take my order? He said even if he did, i wouldn't get my food for 15 min or more. Completely shocked at what was happening I did all I could to maintain my composure and asked him tactfully "you mean to tell me that you're refusing to take my order?" He said "I just cant take your order right now" completely baffled and disappointed I took myself, my wife and 3 kids, and my other 4 family members and took our business elsewhere.

I had the Southwest Avocado Chicken salad. Didn't use the Salad dressing as the delicious avocado was enough for me. The full size made it a 10 point serving for me on my Weight Watchers Plan. A very satisfying meal.

The breakfast crew struggled a little with English but the food was hot and pretty good.

Spent more than 15 minutes in the drive thru line. They lost at least 10 customers in that time frame from the slow service. Took an additional 4 minutes of sitting at the speaker box to even order. I'm sure the KFC next door picked up a lot of additional business from Wendy's lack of service. Then sat at the pickup window for an additional 8 minutes. Easy to tell there was lack of communication going on. Asked if they were ahort staffed. The guy said the inside was packed. Not true. Parking lot half full. Barely anyone in their line, and 6 parties seated inside. And if what he said was true, the staff did not seemed concerned. Zero hussle. Standing around chatting. As for the food, burger was good, fried were undercooked (couldnt finish them), and we waited so long that my daughter fell asleep in the backseat before we even got her meal, so she ate it cold when we got home.

Went to this Wendy’s at around 2:30 on a Saturday and it took the staff over 10 minutes to take our order at the register, then 10 minutes to get the food out. The food was cold and not fresh and the building was incredibly dirty. The trash cans were stacked with over 20 trays, with trash overflowing out of the bin.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I have ever been in. Ordered via the kiosk which was fine but the food took more than ten minutes to come. Meanwhile I went to get my drink and the whole area by the cups was a mess with trash everywhere ( see pics). Food finally came and they told me I could get spoons by the cup area. They were out of spoons so I went back to the counter to get a spoon. I went back to the cup area to get ketchup but they were out of ketchup so I again went to the counter to get ketchup. In addition out chili was lukewarm and the garbage cans were overflowing

Something was really wrong here tonight, took ages and order was wrong, then it was right but stone cold, I wasnt the only one returning orders, they all seemed wrong, one guy gave up and asked for a refund and left. Very disappointing first experience if Wendy's whilst visiting US from the UK 😔

Bacon jr cheeseburger is great.

Waited over 15min+ in drive through line. Person taking the order was not pleasant, made it seem like we where an inconvenience. They lost over 10 customers in the drive through line based on time.... humm maybe should have went to KFC next door?

The worst wendys ever!!! And coming from a person who loves wendys i hate this place here disgusting i found a hair in my baconator fries, burger were wrapped sloppy nuggets looked like they was thrown in the bag, very disrespectful!!! Nastyyy corporate should really look into this place and make it better its right off i drive and is this nasty smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

Usually have a good experience here at the Wendy’s here but the young lady in drive through attitude was horrible. After asking me what I ordered I said you should have it on the screen after she repeated it to me. She began to get an attitude and I was very heated. I told her to get someone else up there, the lady who came up to the front apologized but the young lady kept going and being smart mouthed and pulling in other coworkers to tell them what was happening which made me even more upset. The manger kept telling her to stop but she kept going on and on. Her name is Jocelyn Reeves and I will be writing corporate about it.

Friendly service, clean kitchen area. Manager was all over it, making things happen. I waited a little for my spicy chicken sandwich, but I didnt mind, customer service was great and that makes a big difference to me. Over all, my experience was relaxing and enjoyed the dinning area. Great job guys, and tell the little old lady on the fry machine, she doing a great job😁😁😁😁. Thank you for great service!

Service slow. Ordered the parmesan caesar salad. Only lettuce with chicken and those awful croutons which they are out of most of the time. For $7.77 should be a bettet salad

Delicious food. I love this wendys. I was passed out in the backseat before edc and these nuggets gave me life god bless. Like chicflia without the bigotry

The service is very fast. Staff is most times friendly. They do forget your condiments at the drive thru and the soda machines inside are often times not working well

We stopped here to try out the breakfast in February 2020 since we did not have this offered at our local Wendy's. The breakfast was good but nothing to really write home about. I could eat it again but would probably prefer eating at another fast food location. Service was slow and no one else was even in line.

I unfortunately had a mishap using my debit card, the manager was so very patient and polite with me as I quickly resolved the issue. Thank you again for the courtesy and understanding.

Horrible customer service. The lady from the drive-thru was rude and didn’t listen, then said that we never told her how we wanted our order.

This place smells so bad that when you enter you just want to vomit. Please do a deep cleaning. Thank you.

The food is great but the staff is terrible. Not only did they mix up the order but even gave my order to the person who came after me and told me outright that I had to wait. I asked for my money back and I will never again set foot in here. The staff needs an upgrade at this establishment complete and total attitude adjustment. Bots would be of better service.

Terrible..waited 35min for the food then was old and cold. Didnt hv coke,sprite or dr pepper. Had to throw the food cause it was not eatable and I live 1hr away😡

For a newer model Wendy's this was a very very poor. It took us 20 minutes to get our order from the time it was placed. The garbage's were all full and overflowing. The staff could not keep up, really need to make some revisions and changes here. We love when these but this was not a good experience.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is anything but fast food 🤣

This was by far the slowest "fast" food restaurant I have ever been to. We were the first ones in line and were told it'd "be a couple minutes" before we could order, no problem. We waited 10 minutes before we were even able to order, meanwhile we saw several workers doing nothing towards the back of the kitchen, one with what looked like a grey manager shirt on her phone the whole time. Once we were finally able to order we had to wait another 10 minutes before getting our food, had to remind the staff that we ordered a frosty, and needed to request cups for the drinks we ordered. Trash was all over the ground and the garbage cans were overflowing. This Wendy's definitely needs better management to have more order and control over how everything is run. It looked like it was the opening day for how unorganized everything was.

Like most of the Wendy's restaurants like McDonald's Wendy's restaurants need to be updated and the food needs to improve the hamburgers were dry and it's a good chance that I probably won't eat at least at that one again but it also could ruin the fact that I may not eat it none of them again because the food tasted bad and Mike McDonald's they're short-staffed one register funny people standing in line

Henry u dont need to be the gm of that store ever again honestly u dont do your welearn for crew u dont train nobody u threaten. People your team and crew trainers and management suck u dont do nothing u need to be fired

The night manager was very attentive and polite.

I don't eat fast food. I do eat Wendy's if I am going to eat it. I have had them all. It is much better then the other guys. I would put the other guys a 3 star or less

I don't know what this place was doing. The drive-thru was 45 minutes when it should have been 10 minutes. They were basically taking one order and completely filling it before even taking the next order. It was out of control. There were plenty of employees inside that could have made this goes smoother.

Awsome place food is really good and so much cheaper than McD's. Only reason it has 3 stars is the staff....... went few times when on vacation and EVERYTIME they got my order wrong the receipt was right but food in the bag didn't match

came here on holiday and omg did i enjoy it!! much better than mcdonalds and lovely staff
